Tomas Guerrero Méndez

Mr. Guerrero is a Peruvian with over 45 years of mine geology and mineral exploration experience in Peru, Mexico, Bolivia, Venezuela, Chile, Argentina and Ecuador, including 11 years with Cerro de Pasco Corporation. Until 2001, Tomas held a ten year tenure as Director of Explorations for the Hochschild Group, a leading private Peruvian mining company with multiple mine operations. Under his leadership Hochschild discovered and put in production three mid size gold-silver mines. He is currently the principle of BO Consulting, an engineering consulting firm specializing in servicing the mining sector. Mr. Guerrero is a Director of Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. and is registered with the Lima Stock Exchange as a Qualified Person.

Luis Sassarini Olazabal

Mr. Sassarini has had a long and distinguished career in Peruvian mining and exploration, with over 45 years of professional experience in mining geology, exploration and administration of mining properties. Graduating in 1958 from the San Augustin University of Arequipa, and with post graduate studies from the University of Arizona, Luis held senior positions with Cerro de Pasco Corporation (14 years), Centromin Peru (22 years), and Anglo American Ltd. (9 years) and has worked on a wide variety of deposits including the Antamina, Cerro de Pasco, Yanacocha, Quellaveco and Toromocho deposits. Luis also has worked in Chile in the 1970's and in Nevada, USA.

Dr. Tony Starling, Ph.D

Dr. Tony Starling is an independent geological consultant specializing in the application of structural geology to exploration, with nearly 20 years experience working globally in a wide range of tectonic settings and deposit types. His expertise ranges from regional target generation programs to detailed mine/prospect-based issues. Specifically, he has applied his experience in porphyry, skarn, epithermal and mesothermal/orogenic gold systems, where the direct application of these studies has resulted in discoveries of new ore bodies.

Dr Starling graduated with a first class honours degree in Geology (BSc Hons, First Class) from the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, UK in 1985 and then gained an industry-backed PhD in mesothermal/orogenic gold systems from the University of Southampton, UK. He has been a consultant since 1990 after forming his own company, Telluris Consulting Ltd.
