Focus is developing a large, new and underexplored silver and gold District in the heart of Mexico's most prospective mining belt. The Company is currently undertaking surface exploration and has defined several priority targets that show potential to host bulk-tonnage high and low-grade silver systems.
Location
The Reventon project is located approximately 170 km northwest of the Durango City in the Municipality of Ortaez, at an altitude of 1,500m above sea level. Focus controls a total of 4,430 hectares that covers a northeast-trending mineralized corridor comprising numerous historic silver and gold mines and occurrences.

The Reventon Project in Durango Mexico is located in the western flank of the Sierra Madre Occidental Volcanic Province, a highly prospective polymetallic belt that hosts several operating and past producing gold and silver mines such as Bacis, San Dimas, Metates, La Cienega and Topia. Historical production is estimated at 655 million ounces (Moz) of silver and 9.33Moz of gold, confirming it as a world-class epithermal mining province. Goldcorp's San Dimas epithermal gold-silver mine is one of the most significant precious metal deposits in Mexico. Fresnillo Plc's Ciénega mine, which produced an estimated 1.2Moz of silver in 2010*, is approximately 50km northwest of Santa Cruz. The Metates deposit (Chesapeake Gold Corp, TSX:CKG) is located 25km northwest of Santa Cruz and is one of the world's largest undeveloped gold-silver resources with 24.5Moz of gold equivalent ounces in the measured and indicated resources, and 3.6Moz in the inferred category.**
Climate
It is possible to work all year round at Reventon. The climate is typical for the northern Sierra Madre Occidental with a distinct hot and wet season from June to September when daytime temperatures can reach up to 35°C, followed by a cooler dry season from October to May.
Geology and Mineralization
The mineralization at Reventon is hosted in deformed and metamorphosed (lower greenschist facies?) andesitic volcanic rocks of the Lower Volcanic Series and in Upper Jurassic sandstone and shales are exposed as the local basement which is ascribed to the arc-dominated Guerrero Terrane. This basement was folded and thrusted as part of the late-Mesozoic/early Tertiary Laramide deformation (~80-40Ma) and was then subjected to several phases of post-Laramide extension during which emplacement of the huge volumes of rhyolite-dominated volcanism occurred to create the arc-parallel
Sierra Madre Occidental Belt.
Silver-rich base metal mineralization within the District occurs along a series of ENE-trending steep structures with mineralization also along subordinate NE, NNE and WNW trends, especially in the Zambraneña area where NNW-trending veins have been explored.
Drilling at Reventon in 2007 and 2008 by Northair intersected significant intercepts of silver, zinc and lead in the majority of holes drilled. The mineralization is hosted within an intrusive breccia unit and is similar to breccias that host silver, gold, lead and zinc in the eastern part of Santa Cruz.
In 2006, 51 initial surface channel samples taken by Northair from the exposed Reventon Breccia averaged 104 g/t silver; highlights included 52.0 metres of 166.5 g/t Ag, 0.73% Pb, 0.85% Zn. The breccia outcrops in the central part of the Project, where it dips moderately to the northeast underneath andesite volcanics, with a thickness that varies between 40 and 120m.
In 2007, Northair completed a successful first phase drill program that totaled 660 metres in six core holes, and in 2008 completed a second phase of drilling totaling 2,170 metres in 17 reverse circulation drill holes. The second phase drill program was successful in further exploring and expanding the zone with 12 of the 15 holes intersecting significant silver values, as well as important values in lead and zinc. Potential to expand the known area of mineralization is considered excellent.

Work by Northair also identified many additional zones of mineralization and historical workings over the property, including Los Alisos that contains a diorite porphyry having a geochemical signature similar to the Reventon Breccia. Los Alisos is located approximately 500 metres to the south of the Reventon Breccia with most of the area between the two deposits covered by post-mineral volcanics. As part of the 2008 drill program, two holes were also drilled at the Los Alisos Zone; highlights included 16.8 metres of 36.8 g/t silver, with 0.5% Pb and 2.5% Zn.
Several other targets on the Project include Estrella located 2.1km down trend from Reventon where twenty-four samples averaged 0.83 g/t gold and 385 g/t silver over sample widths from 0.75 to 5 metres. Other zones that will be followed up by Focus include the El Portrero Zone (sixty-one samples averaging 23 g/t silver over widths from 1.5 to 7 metres) and Portrero East.
Rest of Claims
A regional exploration program is also planned to assess other satellite targets adjacent to and within the property boundaries of this extensive land package.
Agreement
El Reventon (4,430 hectares)
Focus can earn a 65% interest in the El Reventon Project by incurring US$2,000,000 in exploration expenditures over three years, including a firm commitment of US$250,000 in the first year. Focus will also be required to make cash payments to Northair totalling US$235,000 over two years, and maintain all underlying obligations of Northair by making cash payments under an existing option agreement to a property owner totalling US$105,000 by December 2014. Focus can earn an additional 15% interest by presenting a feasibilty study of sufficient quality that would allow Nortahir to fund its share of theproject, and by paying $100,000 to Northair.
Qualified Person
The above scientific and technical information was prepared under the supervision of Mr. David Cass, Focus's President, who is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, and a "Qualified Person" in accordance with NI 43-101.
Sampling Quality Analysis and Quality Control
Focus' samples were prepared at ALS Chemex' preparation facility in Zacatecas and analyzed in Vancouver, Canada. Silver was determined by multi-acid digestion and ICP-AES, with fire assay gravimetric finish. Gold was assayed by Atomic Adsorption Spectrometry with fire assay gravimetric finish. Lead and zinc were determined by ICP with Atomic Absorption with volumetric finish. ALS Chemex's quality control system complies with International Standards ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 17025:2005. Analytical accuracy and precision are monitored by the analysis of reagent blanks, reference material and replicate samples. Quality control is further assured by Focus's own QA/QC program which involves the insertion by Focus personnel of blind certified standards and blanks into the sample stream at regular intervals in order to independently assess analytical precision and accuracy of each batch of samples as they are received from the laboratory.
